ZigFeed is committed to accuracy and transparency. We understand that errors can occur, and when they do, we are dedicated to correcting them in a timely and clear manner.
Reporting an Error
If you believe you have found an error in our content, please notify us immediately. You can contact us by emailing Info.zigfeed@gmail.com with the subject line “Correction Needed”. Please include:
- The URL of the article in question.
- A clear explanation of the error.
- A link to a correct source, if available.
Our Correction Process
Upon receiving a correction request, our editorial team will investigate the potential error.
- Minor Errors: For typographical errors or minor misstatements that do not alter the meaning of a story, we will correct the article directly without an appended note.
- Major Errors: For significant factual inaccuracies, we will correct the article and add an “Editor’s Note” or “Correction” note at the bottom of the article, clearly stating what was corrected and when.
- Clarification: If the article was factually correct but the language was not as clear as it could be, we may update the story and add a note of clarification.
Our goal is to be accountable to our readers and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
